2day Training on Conflict Facilitation for Individual, Group and World Transformation. By Gary Reiss, Certified Process Work Trainer (U.S.)
In a world so full of conflict and violence, we need new approaches that help us to learn to be effective facilitators. To facilitate conflict within ourselves, our relationships, our organizations, our countries, and our world we need to develop our awareness and develop the skills to sit in the fire of conflict. Many methods of conflict work try to suppress or transcend fiery passions and emotions and yet we need a method that deals with this heat with awareness. We need leaders and facilitators trained in the martial art of conflict awareness and who can sit in the fire.
This training will be both theoretical and experiential with an emphasis on how to apply these new tools in your daily lives. It is for therapists, facilitators and coaches, organizational and civic leaders and anyone who wants to have more effective conflict work skills.
