Learning Journey Description

The Covid pandemic and the worldwide BLM demonstrations show us that the world is in crises and that we are all affected. How do we make sure that history doesn't just repeat itself? How do we transform our stories of the past to a collective future? Healing History is very much needed. Now more than ever. But how?

Healing histories practice track is a community of practice program with four 1,5-hour online work- and learning-sessions. It is available for participants of previous processwork and/or healing histories workshops. During the month of September three gatherings take place in which we’ll work with exercises from the healing histories manual.

They allow you to work on several personal-, relationship and world topics at home, while in the online sessions we’ll share learnings, give needed context, answer questions and have additional practice. The exercises and the online sessions will be hosted in the SH!FT platform allowing for all participants to exchange learnings and ask for mutual support during this journey.

The session will be hosted by the SH!FT team facilitators and on October 2nd we’ll close with a group-coaching session with Gary Reiss.

This Community of Practice will focus on:
• practice facilitating the inner and outer critic
• rank and power exercises
• beginning to explore your history• know the basic steps of conflict resolution• practice inner work exercises
